17 日晚 19 點(diǎn)微軟正式開(kāi)始了面向 Windows 8 和 Windows RT 的 Windows 8.1/RT 8.1 的推送。兩天后，微軟暫時(shí)從 Windows Store 應(yīng)用商店暫時(shí)撤下了 Windows RT 8.1 更新，原因是部分 RT 用戶(hù)遇到了狀況。

微軟在支持論壇中公告：正在調(diào)查影響一部分用戶(hù)更新 Windows RT 設(shè)備至 Windows RT 8.1 系統(tǒng)的問(wèn)題。目前微軟已經(jīng)暫時(shí)從 Windows Store 內(nèi)停止了 Windows RT 8.1 的推送。但微軟未具體說(shuō)明問(wèn)題。

部分 Windows RT 用戶(hù)稱(chēng)在更新 RT 8.1 時(shí)啟動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)被破壞，導(dǎo)致設(shè)備無(wú)法使用，只能通過(guò)恢復(fù)介質(zhì)修復(fù)或送廠恢復(fù)。目前未知微軟何時(shí)會(huì)恢復(fù) Windows RT 8.1 的推送。
