隨著我國路由行業(yè)的發(fā)展，也推動了路由交換機技術(shù)的更新升級，這里我們介紹了Cisco路由交換機的IOS恢復(fù)方法，曾經(jīng)嘗試過一種方法，就是當(dāng)Flash被刪除后，啟動無法進入系統(tǒng)，可以用X-Modem來恢復(fù)它。當(dāng)時我不小心刪除了一臺Cisco2950Cisco路由交換機的FlashIOS，導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)無法啟動，在查過不少資料后得到一個結(jié)論：唯一的方法通過X-Modem來恢復(fù)。我的恢復(fù)方法如下：

1、用控制線連接Cisco路由交換機console口與計算機串口1，用帶有xmodem功能的終端軟件連接（win2000 and xp的超級終端就帶這功能）。

2、設(shè)置連接方式為串口1（如果連接的是其他串口就選擇其他串口），速率9600，無校驗，無流控，停止位1?；蛘唿c擊默認設(shè)置也可以。

3、連接以后計算機回車出現(xiàn)Cisco路由交換機無ios的界面，一般的提示符是：switch:

4、拔掉Cisco路由交換機后的電源線重新啟動交換機。

5、在超級終端輸入：switch:flash_init，會出現(xiàn)如下提示:Initializing Flash...

6：輸入拷貝指令：switch:copy xmodem: flash:image_filename.bin，出現(xiàn)如下提示:Begin the Xmodem or Xmodem-1K transfer now...

7、系統(tǒng)提示不斷出現(xiàn)C這個字母就可以開始傳文件了。

8、點擊超級終端菜單：傳送---發(fā)送文件，在協(xié)議選項中選擇Xmodem或者Xmodem-1K協(xié)議，然后選擇ios的影像文件（*.bin），開始傳送。

9、因為不能改速率，所以傳送得很慢，我的大概傳送了80分鐘左右，請耐心等待。

10、傳送完畢后提示:File "xmodem:" successfully copied to ....，switch:

11、在提示符下輸入switch:boot，啟用新的ios系統(tǒng)。

12、重新加電完成恢復(fù)工作。這個是我恢復(fù)的方法，現(xiàn)在看來非常的不科學(xué)，效率低。后來看了別人同樣用X-Modem恢復(fù)IOS，但是效率要高的方法：
先打開超級終端，進入rommon 模式（Ctrl+Break組合鍵），鍵入confreg,如下：

4 = 19200, 5 = 38400, 6 = 57600, 7 = 115200 [0]: 7 (選擇 7,用最大的115200速率的xmodem傳輸)

在此時鍵入 reset鍵之前，開始定義串口速度（我的電腦---端口屬性----串口速度調(diào)為115200），然后再修改超級終端里設(shè)置速率為115200，記住，一定這么做！否則出現(xiàn)亂碼！
